Swindon SEND Survey

The purpose of this survey is to ensure that Swindon Borough Council has a way of annually measuring opinions and experiences of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) services in Swindon from those receiving and delivering help, advice and support.
Young people aged 13+, parents/carers, teachers and other professionals can complete the survey. Please take the time to do so if you can and share the following link with parents/pupils.
