DfE has published a blog aimed at parents and carers on the new Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Bill - sometimes referred to as the Children's Wellbeing Bill. This bill will include a range of measures, including registers of children not in school; ending compulsory academisation and oversight of the largest providers of children’s social care placements.
